Atmospheres

The Atmospheres course, conducted by Nil Aynalı Eğler and İsmail Eğler in the fall semester of 2016 at ITU Faculty of Architecture, provided a process that the students would create intimate relationships with a selected space, their personal insights about the space, and an artistic installation based on physical experimentation.
The first half of the semester consists the courses that will form the conceptual infrastructure of this process and the second half consists the workshop that is based on the decision of space, conceptual framework and proposal.
The proposals, which have been developed through the understanding of spaceism, which is a frontrunner of intuition, will now be evaluated together with a jury composed of architects and artists. It is foreseen that one of the proposals will be selected and the Yoğunluk will be realized in the next period by cooperation of art initiative.
